How long does shipping take?
Most products ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 3–8 business days. The Tallow Soap Bar ships from our overseas partner and takes 5–11 business days — it's labeled on the product page so there are no surprises. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

What's your return policy?

What is tallow skincare?
Tallow is rendered beef fat — the moisturizer people used for centuries before synthetic creams existed. It's rich in fat-soluble vitamins and closely matches your skin's natural oils, which is why a little goes a long way. Our balm and soap use simple, traditional ingredient lists with no fillers and no fuss.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If it hasn't arrived within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then reach out.
